Job Description

We’re looking for a Female personal assistant,/ Reception who is very organized and confident, and has good communication skills, the ability to multitask without losing focus on priorities, and the ability to write persuasive copy/articles.

Greeting clients and visitors and answering visitor inquiries
Answering and routing incoming calls on a multi-line telephone system
Maintaining and scheduling conference rooms
Make coffee and set out food for guests and top management
Ordering supplies
Ensure reception area is tidy.
Coordinate mail flow in and out of office.
Coordinate office activities.
Assisting human resource & Administration Department
Organize the office for chairman and ceo and make sure that it’s neat and clean
Maintain cleanliness of office equipment and furniture
Inspect the external cleaners
Stay After Office Hours When Needed If the Top management has some important guests
